A law firm in New York City, NY, seeks a talented and motivated Attorney with 3-5 years of experience in insurance defense or personal injury litigation. The ideal candidate will be adept at handling depositions, making court appearances, and arguing motions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Client Representation:

  • Represent clients in insurance defense and personal injury litigation cases.
  • Handle all aspects of litigation from inception through resolution.

• Court Representation:

  • Conduct and defend depositions.
  • Make court appearances, including presenting evidence and arguments.
  • Argue motions effectively in court.

• Case Management:

  • Develop and implement litigation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.

• Document Preparation and Review:

  • Draft and review pleadings, discovery documents, motions, briefs, and other legal correspondence.
  • Prepare case summaries and status reports.

• Client Interaction and Communication:

  • Maintain effective communication with clients to provide updates and obtain necessary information.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent and clear communication.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in insurance defense or personal injury litigation.

Education and Certifications:
