Duties

• Represent clients in family law cases such as divorce, child custody disputes, and support matters.
• Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Conduct discovery and respond to document production demands.
• Prepare for and appear in court hearings and trials.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
• Communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsels.

• Maintain accurate and timely case documentation.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years of experience handling Family Law cases.
• Bilingual ability (Spanish).

Education
