Job Overview

A law firm seeks a midlevel associate with over four years of relevant experience to join the Public Company Advisory group within its Capital Markets practice in San Francisco. The candidate will independently manage securities law counseling, SEC reporting, and corporate governance matters for a diverse public company client base.

Duties

• Advise public companies on securities law compliance and disclosure.
• Manage corporate governance matters independently.
• Collaborate with the Public Company Advisory group.
• Handle SEC reporting for clients across various industries.

Requirements

• More than four years of relevant experience.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Exceptional written, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of securities laws.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of California.

Skills
