Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced lateral attorney to join its Tax Credit Finance practice in Fayetteville, AR. This role offers the opportunity to engage in diverse transactional matters, including tax, energy, debt, and equity financing, as well as real estate. The successful candidate will work closely with seasoned partners in a growing practice that handles deals nationwide involving partnerships, corporations, tax credits, real estate, and secured lending.

Duties

  • Address sophisticated legal issues.
  • Draft and negotiate financing agreements.
  • Review associated diligence.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally.

Requirements

  • Admitted to practice with an active bar license in good standing.
  • Minimum of 6 years' experience in tax credits, partnerships, corporations, real estate, or secured lending.
  • Preference for candidates with a portable book of business.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Active bar license in the locality of the office location.
