Job Overview

A law firm seeks a mid-senior level corporate associate with four to six years of experience for their Capital Markets and Public Companies group in San Francisco, CA.

Duties

• Advise public companies on SEC compliance, disclosure, governance, and exchange matters.
• Represent issuers or investment banks in capital market transactions, including IPOs, SPACs, direct listings, and follow-on offerings.
• Engage with technology and/or life sciences companies.

Requirements

• Four to six years of relevant experience.
• Superior academic credentials.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Barred in the state of the office location or eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• State Bar admission or eligibility.
