Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in New York.

• Proficiency in drafting and negotiating legal documents.
• Experience with 1934 Exchange Act reporting and compliance.
• Ability to work on cross-border matters and strategic transactions.
