Attorney with litigation and/or insurance coverage experience

Duties:

• Manage and resolve insurance defense and coverage matters.
• Represent clients through all phases of litigation, from discovery to trial or settlement.
• Provide strategic legal advice and counsel in complex insurance coverage disputes.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients on case strategy and development.
• Draft legal documents including motions, pleadings, and discovery responses.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with effective communication and legal advice.
• Contribute to the expansion of the firm’s practice by handling high-profile cases and complex legal issues.

Requirements:

• Experience in litigation, with a focus on insurance defense and coverage.
• Proven ability to handle complex legal matters and cases independently.
• Strong knowledge of insurance law, liability defense, and litigation strategies.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Bar in the jurisdiction(s).

Skills:

• Expertise in insurance defense, coverage law, and related litigation.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in legal writing and document preparation.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, but not required.
