Job Overview:
A well-established law firm is seeking a talented and entrepreneurial Real Estate Attorney at the lateral, shareholder, or partner level to join its dynamic real estate group. This role offers the opportunity to manage sophisticated commercial real estate transactions while working within a collegial and team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in drafting and negotiating leases, purchase and sale contracts, financing, and closings, and will be able to handle complex matters with minimal supervision.

Location:

  • Cherry Hill, PA.

Duties:

  • Manage and lead complex commercial real estate transactions, including the drafting and negotiation of leases, purchase and sale contracts, and related documents.

  • Provide strategic legal counsel in all phases of real estate transactions, from inception to closing.

  • Advise clients on financing matters and other legal aspects of real estate deals.

  • Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of transactions.

  • Mentor and guide junior attorneys within the real estate group.

  • Maintain and grow client relationships while ensuring high-quality legal services are delivered.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in real estate transactional law.

  • Proven experience in commercial real estate matters, including leases, purchase and sale agreements, financing, and closings.

  • Ability to manage complex legal matters independently while collaborating with a team.

  • Strong interpersonal and client relationship management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • NJ and PA bar admission required.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • NJ and PA bar admission required.

Skills:

  • Expertise in drafting, negotiating, and structuring commercial real estate transactions.

  • Excellent interpersonal, client service, and communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
