Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Litigation Associate in Atlanta to join its high-stakes litigation practice. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience and a strong academic background.

Duties

• Conduct thorough legal research and draft pleadings on complex issues.
• Engage in oral advocacy and present arguments effectively.
• Collaborate with a team while also working independently.

Requirements

• Graduated in the top 10% from a nationally recognized law school.
• Experience on law review, moot court, or trial team.
• Judicial clerkship experience, preferably with a U.S. District Judge.
• Admitted to The Georgia Bar or eligible for admission soon.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from a nationally recognized law school.

Certifications

• Georgia Bar admission or eligibility.
