Job Overview
A law firm seeks a mid-level project finance attorney with expertise in debt and tax equity to join their team in San Francisco, California. The role involves representing clients in the renewable energy sector, focusing on the development, acquisition, and financing of projects.

Duties

  • Represent sponsors and financing parties in renewable energy transactions.
