A law firm seeks a Senior Litigation Attorney in San Diego, CA. This position involves joining a growing ERISA and Financial Services Litigation practice to handle high-level, multi-million class cases against major corporations.

Duties

• Conduct legal research and support case strategy development.
• Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, mediation statements, and trial briefs.
• Supervise associate-level lawyers in similar tasks.
• Participate in mediations and appear in court for hearings, motions, and trials.
• Manage deadlines, filings, and billing efficiently and ethically.
• Collaborate with lawyers across various offices to achieve success.
• Maintain a professional social media presence.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of litigation experience in federal courts.
• Experience managing ERISA class action cases preferred.
• Experience with financial products and services valued.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in good standing.
