Location

Duties

• Represent clients in civil antitrust litigation and regulatory matters

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and memoranda

• Participate in discovery, including depositions and document review

• Collaborate with partners on litigation strategy and case development

• Analyze the economic and competitive impact of business practices

• Communicate with clients and co-counsel regarding legal proceedings

Requirements

• Relevant experience in one or more of the following: antitrust, class actions, or complex business litigation.

• Strong interest or experience in antitrust and competition law

• Ability to manage complex assignments and multiple deadlines

• Effective written and oral communication skills

• Commitment to ethical practice and client advocacy

Bonus Qualifications:

• Judicial clerkship experience.
• Background in economics, finance, data analysis, emerging technologies, intellectual property, privacy law or investigative journalism.
• Experience with federal and state antitrust enforcement agencies (e.g., DOJ, FTC, state AG) or
• Experience with Big Law, AUSA, Federal Public Defender of a large DA office

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

Skills

• Proficiency in legal research and writing

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

• Familiarity with antitrust statutes, regulations, and case law

• Ability to collaborate with attorneys, economists, and experts

• Competence in using legal technology and document management systems
