Job Overview

Duties

• Draft and prosecute patent applications.
• Engage in litigation related to patent disputes.
• Collaborate with a team on complex legal matters.
• Provide strategic advice on patent-related issues.

Requirements

• 2-6 years of legal experience in patent prosecution and litigation.
• Admitted to the USPTO.
• Licensed to practice law or ability to become licensed in the state of employment.
• Experience with 5G, 6G, and 3GPP standards is preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.

Education

• Background in computer science, electrical engineering, or similar field.

Certifications

• USPTO admission.

Skills

• Design engineering experience with a chip company is a plus.
• Wireless communication expertise is desired.
