Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Senior Associate for its Project Development and Finance practice in San Diego, CA. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience, preferably in project development and/or finance at a large national or international firm.

Duties

• Advise clients on project finance transactions.
• Collaborate with lenders and sponsors to structure deals.
• Identify and mitigate potential transaction risks.
• Coordinate with global colleagues on regulatory and industry issues.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in project development and/or finance preferred.
• Background in a large national or international firm is advantageous.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Admission to the state bar in California.
