This role involves overseeing a high-volume caseload of injury claims, advocating for clients throughout the legal process, and ensuring strong, results-driven representation. Duties:

• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution

• Draft and file legal pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence

• Represent clients in court, including at hearings, mediations, and trials

• Conduct client interviews, witness preparation, and expert consultations

• Engage in settlement negotiations and trial strategy development

• Work closely with legal staff, including case managers and paralegals

• Maintain strong client communication, providing updates and guidance throughout the case

• Coordinate treatment tracking and ensure files are properly developed for settlement or trial

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of litigation experience focused on personal injury matters

• Admission to the Georgia Bar in good standing

• In-depth knowledge of personal injury law and court procedures

• Exceptional litigation, negotiation, and client advocacy skills

• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with diligence and attention to detail

• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities

• Commitment to client service and achieving optimal outcomes

• Team-oriented approach with a willingness to collaborate

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in Georgia
