Duties

• Represent management clients in employment and labor disputes.

• Address workforce downsizing issues and National Labor Relations Act matters.
• Manage complex cases and meet deadlines effectively.

Requirements

• 5+ years of practice in employment law.
• Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
