Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate for their Saint Louis, MO office. The ideal candidate will have three to seven years of experience in patent litigation and a background in electrical engineering, computer science, or artificial intelligence. This role involves working primarily with attorneys in the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit.

Duties

• Engage in complex patent litigation cases.
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys on various projects.
• Develop and articulate legal strategies and courses of action.
• Manage multiple projects effectively under pressure.

Requirements

• Three to seven years of patent litigation experience.
• Background in electrical engineering, computer science, or artificial intelligence preferred.
• Active bar license in the state of residence or commitment to obtain one.
• Excellent academic credentials and superior interpersonal skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
