Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced Intellectual Property Litigation Partner to join its growing IP practice group. This position offers flexibility in location, with options for hybrid or remote work from various U.S. cities, including Atlanta, Chicago, Cleveland, Columbus, Irvine, Los Angeles, Morristown, San Francisco, St. Louis, and Washington, DC.

Duties

• Lead and manage IP litigation cases, focusing on trademark, patent, and ITC matters.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys and support staff.
• Contribute to the strategic growth of the IP practice group.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in IP litigation.
• Proven track record in trademark, patent, or ITC litigation.
• Ability to develop and sustain client relationships.
• Portable book of business is strongly preferred.

Education

• JD from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar license in good standing.
