A law firm seeks a Class Action Litigation Associate for its Cincinnati, OH office. The role involves defending agency charges of discrimination and handling lawsuits related to employment claims, including wage and hour class actions. The associate will also provide advice and training on employment laws and regulations.

Duties

• Handle defense of agency charges of discrimination and employment-related lawsuits.
• Advise and train employers on employment laws and regulations.
• Represent employers in court, before agencies, at mediations, and in arbitration.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
• 3+ years of experience in class action litigation defense work.
• Admitted to the Bar and in good standing.
• Strong desire for early courtroom exposure.
• Understanding of current agency enforcement techniques.

Education

• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.

• Admitted to the Bar and in good standing.
