Global Finance Associate (Lending)

Job Overview
A law firm seeks a Global Finance Associate (Lending) in New York. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in syndicated lending and/or private credit/direct lending, representing either borrowers or lenders.

Duties

• Draft and negotiate transaction documents.

• Familiarity with sponsor finance/LBO finance preferred.
• Admitted or eligible for admission to the New York bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications
