Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Senior Attorney specializing in Litigation (Class Action) to join its team in Atlanta, GA. This role involves working with the Class Actions group and is open to candidates across the US, with a preference for those based in the New York metropolitan area.

Duties

• Draft briefs, motions, and memoranda.
• Review and draft discovery responses.
• Analyze discovery to inform case strategy and motion drafting.
• Prepare deposition outlines.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in litigation.
• Experience drafting litigation documents, such as motions to dismiss and summary judgment motions.
• Bar admission in the jurisdiction of application.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction.

Skills

• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to produce timely, accurate, and quality work.
