Duties

• Manage caseload from inception to conclusion.

• Provide clients with status updates and reports.

Requirements

• 1 to 5 years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense.
• Proficiency in drafting and arguing dispositive motions.
• Strong legal research and discovery response skills.
• Effective communication and prioritization abilities.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Connecticut State Bar or adequate UBE score for jurisdiction admission.

Skills

• Strong advocacy skills in mediations, arbitrations, trials, and hearings.
