A law firm seeks a Corporate Associate/Of Counsel to join their team in Palo Alto, CA. Duties

• Advise companies through start-up and venture capital phases.
• Lead IPOs and equity capital market transactions.
• Manage a team of associates and paralegals.
• Support clients in public company reporting.

Requirements

• Five plus years of corporate law experience.
• Background in life sciences and tech sectors preferred.
• Experience with EC/VC and capital market offerings desired.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in good standing.

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
