Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Technical Advisor to join the Patent Prosecution and Litigation Practice Group on the Electrical Engineering and Software Team in Greensboro, NC. The ideal candidate will have experience in intellectual property, particularly in drafting and patent prosecution, with a background in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field.

Duties

• Assist in drafting and prosecuting patent applications.
• Collaborate with attorneys on patent litigation matters.
• Conduct technical research and analysis.
• Support the team with technical expertise in wireless communication standards.

Requirements

• 1-6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in wireless communication, including 5G, 6G, and 3GPP standards, is preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
