Duties

• Originate and manage complex legal financing matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various financing documents.
• Supervise due diligence investigations and prepare question lists.
• Provide legal advice on structuring terms for corporate financing transactions.
• Assess and manage risks associated with financings.

Requirements

• Eight years of experience in U.S. and international financing transactions.
• Admitted to practice law in the state of New York.
• Experience with leveraged and investment grade financings.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree or Master of Laws degree.

Certifications

• Admitted to the New York State Bar.

Skills

• Strong negotiation and drafting skills.
• Ability to manage complex transactions.
• Proficient in risk assessment and management.

This firm is high on profits per partner, but low in terms of associate satisfaction. The good news?
