Duties

• Advise clients on healthcare regulatory issues, including Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, and HIPAA.
• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements such as physician employment agreements and management service agreements.
• Collaborate with team members to provide comprehensive legal solutions.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of substantive experience in healthcare transactions.
• Admitted to practice law in the respective state.
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and confident team player.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• State Bar admission.
