Job Overview
A law firm seeks a junior-to-mid-level Restructuring and Insolvency Associate to join their Century City, CA office. The ideal candidate will have experience in representing creditors and financial institutions in various legal matters.

Duties

• Represent secured and unsecured creditors in receivership cases.
• Handle judgment enforcement matters in state and federal courts.
• Engage in complex bankruptcy litigation and insolvency-related matters.
• Collaborate with a team to contribute to practice growth.
• Work with clients on sophisticated legal issues.

Requirements

• Two to four years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience with commercial lenders and financial institutions.
• Preferred experience in complex bankruptcy litigation.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in the state of California.
