Job Overview

Duties

• Represent secured and unsecured creditors in receivership cases.
• Advise commercial lenders and financial institutions in judgment enforcement matters.
• Engage in complex bankruptcy litigation and insolvency-related cases.
• Collaborate with a team to contribute to practice growth.

Requirements

• Two to four years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience in state and federal court proceedings.
• Familiarity with bankruptcy and insolvency matters preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the California State Bar.
