Duties

  • Represent financial institutions in real estate and asset-based lending transactions.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of relevant legal experience.
  • Membership in the NY or NC State Bar, or eligibility to waive into NC.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Bar membership in New York or North Carolina.
