Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Real Estate Lending Associate (Mid-Level) for its New York office. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients across various industries. Duties

• Represent financial institutions in real estate and asset-based lending transactions.
• Assist developers with the purchase, sale, and financing of real estate and collateral.
• Collaborate with clients to provide tailored legal solutions.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of relevant legal experience.
• Membership in the NY or NC State Bar, or eligibility to waive into NC.
• Strong communication and client service skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar membership in New York or North Carolina.
