Duties
Consult with prospective clients and gather necessary information for planning.
Review and update estate plans for current and former clients.
Handle client engagement and fee quoting processes.
Draft and review estate planning documents to meet client needs.
Conduct client reviews and explain estate plans.
Refer clients to financial advisors when appropriate.
Maintain detailed notes of meetings and communications.
Participate in regular department and staff meetings.

Requirements
Licensed attorney by NC State Bar.
State Bar Certified Specialist in Trust, Wills & Probate preferred.
2-6 years of experience in Trusts and Estates.
Knowledge of income, gift, and estate tax laws.
Notary Public certification preferred.

Education
Licensed attorney by NC State Bar.

Certifications
State Bar Certified Specialist in Trust, Wills & Probate required.
