Job Overview

A law firm seeks a highly motivated and experienced associate to join their Shareholder Engagement and Activism Defense practice in San Francisco, CA. Duties

Requirements

  • Admitted to the New York or California bar.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications
