Job Overview

Duties

• Advise on acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, and private equity transactions.
• Provide efficient legal services independently and as part of a team.
• Integrate into a national corporate practice and support complex transactions.
• Engage directly with partners and clients on strategic deals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in strategic M&A and private equity.
• Experience ideally gained at a leading national or international law firm.
• Strong academic credentials and critical reasoning skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Professionalism in client and colleague interactions.
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage competing responsibilities.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Collaborative and effective team working ability.

Education

• JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted or eligible for admission in California.
