Duties

• Draft basic filings for courts and authorities.
• Conduct research and draft memoranda on legal issues.
• Draft basic agreements and corporate documents.
• Assist in due diligence and analyze agreements.
• Communicate with clients and authorities.
• Organize and assist in General Meetings.
• Provide direct assistance to senior lawyers.

Requirements

• Admitted to the Bar in the state of practice.
• Strong academic record and intellectual curiosity.
• Commercial and business awareness.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong time management and drafting skills.
• Proactive and resourceful with strong judgment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
