A law firm seeks a highly motivated attorney to join its Government Enforcement, Compliance, & White Collar Litigation practice group in Philadelphia, PA. The successful candidate will engage in complex civil and criminal litigation, contributing to a dynamic legal team.

Duties

• Engage in white collar criminal defense and government investigations.
• Participate in complex litigation processes.
• Conduct internal investigations and manage multiple case files.
• Participate in depositions, oral arguments, and courtroom proceedings.
• Collaborate with management, staff, and clients professionally.

Requirements

• Experience in white collar criminal defense or government investigations.
• Prior experience with a prosecutor's office or regulatory agency preferred.
• Judicial clerkship experience is valued.
• Strong knowledge of federal criminal procedure and evidence rules.
• Active bar admission in Pennsylvania and New Jersey or ability to obtain promptly.
• Exceptional legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple files and prioritize workloads effectively.
• Willingness to be present in both Philadelphia, PA and Marlton, NJ offices.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar admission in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
