A law firm seeks a Fund Services Associate in New York or Washington, D.C. The team is collaborative and client-focused, seeking a candidate with 2-6 years of fund formation experience.

Duties

• Work with sponsors on structuring, formation, and operation of investment funds.
• Represent funds in their investment activities.

Requirements

• 2-6 years of fund formation experience.
• Experience at a national or international law firm.
• Superior academic credentials.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.

Skills
