A law firm seeks a Fund Services Associate in New York or Washington, D.C. The firm represents leading venture capital and growth equity firms both in the U.S. and internationally, guiding clients through every stage of the fund life cycle. The team is collaborative and client-focused, seeking a candidate with 2-6 years of fund formation experience.

Duties

  • Work with sponsors on structuring, formation, and operation of investment funds.
  • Represent funds in their investment activities.

Requirements

  • 2-6 years of fund formation experience.
  • Experience at a national or international law firm.
  • Superior academic credentials.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
