A law firm seeks a passionate and experienced associate with 3-6 years of complex litigation experience to join their practice in Wheeling, WV. This role involves litigating complex disputes from case filing through trial across diverse industries, including tech, finance, life sciences, and energy.

Duties

• Litigate complex disputes from case filing through trial.
• Engage in commercial, trade secret, financial, energy, and product liability litigation.
• Work directly with clients and manage complex cases.
• Take and defend depositions, and participate in court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of complex litigation experience.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and oral communication skills.
• Membership in the State Bar of the desired office location is strongly preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications

• Membership in the State Bar of the desired office location preferred.
