Job Overview

A law firm seeks a traditional labor attorney in Charleston, WV. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to collaborate with clients from diverse industries nationwide. The position offers flexibility to work from offices in Winston-Salem, NC; Charleston, WV; Morgantown, WV; or Pittsburgh, PA, with potential for remote work requiring at least three days per week in the office.

Duties

• Advise clients on traditional labor matters.
• Collaborate with clients from various industries.
• Engage in legal research and case preparation.
• Represent clients in labor-related negotiations and disputes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in traditional labor law.
• Familiarity with employment matters.
• Active Bar license in at least one state.
• Willingness to become barred in NC, WV, PA, or FL.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active Bar membership.
