Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Family Law Attorney in Denver, CO. Duties

  • Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, orders, and judgments.
  • Oversee and analyze discovery processes.
  • Represent clients in court during motions, hearings, and trials.
  • Engage in networking, writing, and speaking to prospect for new clients.
  • Conduct initial consultations and serve as the principal contact for clients.

Requirements

  • Comfortable working with opposing counsel.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Team-oriented with a proactive approach.
  • Five or more years of family law experience.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in the state of Colorado.
