A law firm seeks a Trial Attorney in Atlanta, GA. The successful candidate will ensure clients receive exceptional care and achieve excellent results. This role involves client meetings, case preparation, and trial representation as needed.

Duties

• Meet with clients to discuss their cases and build trust.
• Communicate with insurance companies regarding claims and offers.
• Prepare cases for trial and represent clients in court.

Requirements

• Full-time position.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• 6 or more years of litigation experience.
• 5 or more jury trials as first chair preferred.
• Member of the Georgia Bar and in good standing.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Experience in evaluating claims.
