Duties

• Draft and negotiate definitive and ancillary transaction documents.
• Manage due diligence processes.
• Advise clients on corporate matters, including financings and governance.

• Handle multiple matters efficiently and independently.

Requirements

• 4+ years of sophisticated business and transactional experience.
• Strong emphasis on mergers and acquisitions.
• Ability to navigate complex subject matter quickly and effectively.
• Arizona bar admission required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

• Arizona bar admission.
