Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Litigation Associate Attorney in Knoxville, TN. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of practice experience and will engage in all phases of civil litigation, from case inception to trial, with direct client contact. Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Tennessee.

Duties

  • Assess new files to establish action plans, budgets, and recommendations.
