Job Overview

A law firm seeks a mid-level litigation associate with a minimum of four years of experience in complex litigation to join a team in Washington, DC. Duties

  • Manage discovery and e-discovery processes.
  • Conduct depositions and prepare expert witnesses.
  • Draft and file motions in multi-party litigation, including class actions.
  • Collaborate with enforcement agencies such as the DOJ and FTC.
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

  • Minimum four years of experience in complex litigation.
  • Experience in antitrust cases or similar complex litigation preferred.
  • Experience in a law firm setting preferred.
  • Admitted to and in good standing with the D.C. Bar.

Education

  • Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Admission to the D.C. Bar.

Skills

  • Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage and mentor junior professionals.
