• Collaborate with the Intellectual Property Team on enforcement strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of trademark litigation experience.
• Strong academic credentials.

• Collaborative approach to IP enforcement and litigation.

Education

• Law degree.

Certifications

• Eligibility for North Carolina Bar admission preferred.
