Job Overview
A law firm seeks a 2nd or 3rd year Litigation Associate to join its dynamic team in New York, NY. The role involves engaging in a variety of litigation tasks while fostering strong client relationships.

Duties

• Conduct fact investigation and prepare pleadings.
• Manage discovery processes and work with experts.
• Draft and argue motions, and prepare for trial.
• Participate in settlement negotiations.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.

Requirements

• Experience in an Am Law 100 firm preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and matter management skills.

Education

• Bachelor's degree.
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited U.S. law school.

Certifications

• Member of the New York State Bar in good standing.
