Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Bilingual Intake Attorney in Irvine, CA. This role involves acting as a key liaison between clients and legal teams, ensuring a smooth legal process. The attorney will manage client interactions, explain legal procedures, and ensure client satisfaction throughout their legal journey.

Duties

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the first 30 days of their case.
• Conduct client/attorney introduction calls and verify intake information.
• Manage client expectations and address inquiries during the intake process.
• Review client files and assist with case strategy and preparation.
• Identify unsuitable cases or potential conflicts of interest.
• Collaborate with the legal team to ensure efficient case progression.
• Oversee Client Success case workers for timely case resolution.
• Ensure client satisfaction throughout the legal process.

Requirements

• Must be fluent in Spanish.
• Active bar license in CA.
• Prior experience in personal injury law preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a client-centered approach.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Empathetic and adept at handling sensitive client situations.
• Experience in client relationship management or customer service is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar license in CA.
