Job Overview

Duties

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential transactions.

  • Experience with board approval processes and contract drafting.
  • Comfortable using NYC Department of Buildings website and related databases.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

  • Admission to the New York State Bar.

  • Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
