Funds Associate

Job Overview

Duties

• Advise investment funds throughout their lifecycle.
• Provide counsel to investors in various fund types.
• Collaborate with attorneys in the Financial Services & Capital Markets unit.
• Manage multiple projects and articulate legal strategies effectively.

Requirements

• Three to five years of relevant experience preferred.
• Active bar license in the state of the office location or commitment to obtain one.
• Excellent academic credentials and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and exercise exceptional judgment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Active bar license in applicable state.

Skills

• Strong background in corporate and securities law.
• Experience with private equity, private credit, and venture capital funds preferred.
