A law firm seeks a Senior General Commercial Real Estate Litigation Attorney with at least 10 years of experience in New York, New York. Duties

  • Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, and appeals.
  • Appear in State and Federal Courts and participate in mediations.
  • Conduct diligence related to the purchase and sale of notes and mortgages.

  • Experience in real estate litigation.
