Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced family law attorney to join their team as a Senior Associate or Junior Partner in Waynesville, North Carolina. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional legal services in family law matters and contribute to the firm's tradition of excellence.

Duties

  • J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership.
  • 2-10 years of experience in family law practice.
  • Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
  • Strong negotiation and mediation abilities.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize a diverse caseload.
  • Commitment to ethical standards and client confidentiality.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in business development is a plus.

Education

  • J.D. from an accredited law school.
