Job Overview:
A prominent law firm based in Orlando, FL, is seeking an experienced attorney with an established background in real estate law to join at a partner level. This opportunity is ideal for a legal professional looking to transition their practice to a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Duties:

• Lead and manage complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing

• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to address client legal issues strategically

• Supervise and mentor junior attorneys and legal support staff within the practice group

• Develop and maintain client relationships, providing counsel on both legal and business aspects of real estate matters

• Engage in firm-wide initiatives aimed at practice development and client outreach

• Represent clients in negotiations and before regulatory bodies as needed

Requirements:

• Legal experience focused on real estate law

• Demonstrated ability to independently manage client relationships and legal matters

• Proven leadership experience within a legal team or practice group

• Willingness to become admitted to the Florida Bar if not already licensed in Florida

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active Bar license in good standing (Florida Bar preferred or eligibility to waive in)

Skills:

• Expertise in real estate transactional matters and legal structuring

• Strong negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills

• Ability to manage multiple high-value matters simultaneously

• Business development aptitude with a client-focused mindset

• Spanish language proficiency is highly preferred
